To use Presenter you will need to :
1) Purchase the Presenter software from your eBeam distributor (email us)
2) Download RealPlayer Version 8 (free) from the RealPlayer website http://www.real.com/player/
... or download off a free CD which are supplied on the covers of PC magazines
3) Download the Presenter Plugin (free) .. this allows Presenter to 'talk' to RealPlayer
Note : You also need to actually have an eBeam attached to your whiteboard.
